Not receiving our email confirmations on hotmail.com / live.com or outlook.com?

We’ve noticed that a few families registering for our 2016 Summer Camp program are saying that they didn’t receive an email confirmation right away.  Turns out all of those families use Hotmail.com / Live.com or Outlook.com for their email.  What is happening is that Outlook.com doesn’t recognize our email address (register@campwaterdown.com) because we’re not in your Contacts or Safe Senders Lists yet, and it sees all the dollar signs and thinks we’re sending you spam.

So you will usually find those emails in your Junk E-mail Folder.  Just mark them “Not Junk” and then right-click (normally) on our email address to add us to your Contacts list and then Microsoft will stop filtering them out.
