UPDATE: We are currently taking Wait List Requests only for all age groups (for Full Week Registrations). Single Day Passes are temporarily unavailable (there is no wait list for them).

This Year’s Program

We have an exciting line-up of activities this year, and a special LEGO Robotics STEAM TEAM program lined up just for Mavericks (Ages 9 – 13)

Single Day Passes: As previously, after our families have had a chance to book Full Week registrations, we may offer some remaining spaces (if the week doesn’t sell out) on a non-refundable Single Day Pass option (using the same registration form). Follow our home page, Twitter and Facebook for a release announcement (Note: we do not know when, if at all, we will offer Day Passes. Previously Registered Full Weeks cannot be converted to Single Day Passes).

We are not able to accept “walk ins” on the days, so please register online early as space is limited.

Program Highlights:

Junior Explorers (JK/SK) SPRING FLING

We will be to be exploring, stretching our minds and empowering our campers through hands-on projects. From Spring wildlife to mechanics, exercise, special guests and cooking we will be exploring it all.

Senior Adventurers (GR 1 – 8) CAPTURE THE MOMENT

At Camp Waterdown we’re all about exploring, having fun, making new and lasting memories with your friends. From mechanics to Life Size Board Games, Virtual Reality to Survivor, Capture the Flag & Skating to Cooking – we want you to join us this year for a full week of different, thrilling activities, exercise, and a chance to experience the Camp Waterdown Spirit.

We’re picking up STEAM with a full-on week of “Robotics.”  We’ll be learning basic concepts about the competitive world of Lego Robotics and building, testing and challenging our own creations.  This is an intense week of Teamwork culminating in a chance to “Do the Robot”, 2019 style, for ages 9 – 13 only.

All our participating families are invited to join us on Friday afternoon (3-5pm) for a “Parent Showcase” of all we have achieved this week!

All activities are supervised by ECE certified adult leaders with vulnerable sector checks.

Hours of Operation:
(All extended hours, snacks* included in your camp fees.)

  • 7am – 6pm (includes Healthy snacks prior to 9am and after 4pm)

Recommended: Weather appropriate clothing and outdoor footwear, indoor running shoes, water bottle, a nut and sesame seed free lunch.

Note: *Healthy nut-free snacks are provided during Before and After Care.

Calendars are subject to changes and improvements. All our programs also emphasize individualized physical activity and outdoor play time.

JK / SK March Break Program Fee: $225

Grade 1 – 8 March Break Program Fee: $205

Mavericks March Break Program Fee: $215

SINGLE DAY PASSES (non-refundable):
$50.00 for GR 1-8 & $54.00 for JK/SK
If offered. Full Week Registrations may not be exchanged for Single Day Passes.


All payments for our March Break Program are made by Online Credit Card, INTERAC E-mail Money transfer, or Cheque and MUST be received within 2 business days of registering.

Some families may be eligible for care subsidization through the City of Hamilton.

Unpaid space registered is due for payment regardless of attendance.

Changes & Additional Days

Making changes is easy.  But DON’T try to use the registration form again.

For changes (switches, cancellations and additions) you can either email us the change (make sure to mention the child’s name and program) at,  OR you can use the CLICK to Change Request link found under each Registration in your Family Registration page. Space is limited so we recommend registering early.

Making additions is also easy.  You CAN use the same form link to add Single Day Passes not already booked.

For adding days you can either contact us as above, or you can re-use the registration form.  Just be careful to ONLY add the new dates and not select the days you already booked (the form doesn’t know that and you will be billed twice).  Check your Current Registrations tab on your Family Registration page first to see what you have already booked and paid for.


No refunds for cancellations will be given for Program Fees within 15 days of the Program Day start, and a 50% refund is given for cancellations within 30 days of the program start. Single Day Passes are non-refundable. Registered Full Weeks may not be exchanged for Single Day Passes.

Due to the high demand, limited enrolment and need to secure program resources; we require our families’ full commitment upon registration. Credits or refunds are not given for illness, absences or program / facility closures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Registration and Wait List Policy

Space in our programs is limited (and we adhere to Ministry guidelines for safe and effective Adult/Child ratios). We reserve the right to refund and cancel enrolments as needed if an accidental overbooking or program cancellation occurs.

Wait List

If the programs do fill up, parents will be offered a spot on our Waiting List; in case we are able to open another group, or spaces open up due to cancellations. Wait List priority is not guaranteed as we do not take deposits, and we normally offer available space first to families previously enrolled in one of our programs.

Registration Process

The registration process consists of these steps:

  1. Login or Create a New Membership (using the form at the very bottom of this page), if you haven’t already got on.
  2. Create or Review a Parent Record and Child Records (IF they need to be updated)
  3. Use the Program Registration links that will appear under your child’s name in your Child Record & Program Registration tab.

Credit Card payments will be processed immediately through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account).  You will be given instructions on the form and in an automated confirmation email for submitting other types of payments.

Please add “” to your Contacts / Address Book so that your confirmation emails don’t get flagged as “junk.”

You may return to your Family Registration page at any time to review your registrations or to check on their status. This is also where you will find your Tax Receipts at the beginning of each year.


  1. IMPORTANT: Review the Program Information tabs (to the left) FIRST before logging in and registering.
  2. Login or Create a New Membership (using the form below).
    • To avoid confusion, it is important that you do not create duplicate accounts.  If you have lost or forgotten your original email address, then please contact with both your old email address and your new one, and we will make an adjustment so that you can proceed.
  3. Create or Review and submit a Parent Record and Child Record(s)
  4. Use the Before / After School Registration links on your Family Registration page (in the Child Record and Registration Tab).

If you think you have a registered member login, but the system does not recognize you, or your parent record or children are missing, then please email and we can look to see if you have an account under an old email address or a back-up.

Wait List Notes:
Please do not assume that because our programs show “Wait Listed” that we are completely full. We normally contact you within a day or two to confirm current and planned availabilities. If you would like to inquire about availabilities before registering, please email with your child’s name(s), age(s) and schedule requirements.
