Before / After School Age Care Registration Sign In (2018-2019)

Our 2018 – 2019 Before and After School program is currently open to the public.

We’re accepting registrations for the new school year for: Guy B. Brown, Mary Hopkins, and Allan A. Greenleaf (at WDCC)

Allan A. Greenleaf Program Note:
Due to limited space, families who are new to the AAG Before / After School Program will need to first register for our Wait List pending space availability.  We will begin assigning available space beginning June 1st.

Existing Allan A. Greenleaf Families: You will receive a special access password by email during the Week of May 14th to be able to register directly and your space is reserved until June 1st.

Before / After School Programs

All activities are supervised by ECE certified adult leaders with vulnerable sector checks.

Hours of Operation:
(All extended hours, snacks* included in your camp fees.)

  • Before Care: 7 – school start (includes a Healthy snack)
  • After Care: school end – 6pm (includes a Healthy snack)

Locations: Allan A. Greenleaf (at the WDCC), Guy B. Brown, Mary Hopkins

Recommended: Weather appropriate clothing and outdoor footwear, sunscreen, indoor running shoes, water bottle

Note: *Healthy nut-free snacks are provided during Before and After Care.

Payments

All payments for our School Age program are made by Pre-Authorized Debit, taken on the first Tuesday of each month in which care is given.

A PAD Authorization form is provided (a link is also provided in your confirmation email and registration form) and should be submitted within 2 business days of registration (unless we already have one on file for you).

Deposits: If you are new to the program only, you are required to submit payment for 50% of the first month’s fee upon registration to ensure your space. This amount will be deducted from your September 2018 Fee by PAD. You may make this payment by cheque or e-transfer to interac@campwaterdown.com (please ensure that you add a detail note to help us apply the funds to the correct program and child).

Refunds

No refunds for cancellations will be given for Before / After School Program Fees within 30 days of the Program Month start.

Due to the high demand, limited enrolment and need to secure program resources; we require our families’ full commitment upon registration. Credits or refunds are not given for illness, absences or program / facility closures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Wait List Policy

Space in our programs is limited (and we adhere to Ministry guidelines for safe and effective Adult/Child ratios). We reserve the right to refund and cancel enrolments as needed if an accidental overbooking or program cancellation occurs. Enrolment preference is given to families who have been enrolled in the prior year.

Wait List

If the programs do fill, parents will be offered a spot on our Waiting List in case we receive able to open another group, or openings occur due to cancellations. Wait List priority is not guaranteed as we do not take deposits, and we normally offer available space first to families previously enrolled in one of our programs.

If you have a Hotmail or Gmail address, please ensure that you have added “register@campwaterdown.com” to your Contacts / Address Book first so that our confirmations don’t get flagged as “junk.”)

You may return to your Family Registration page at any time to review your registration or to check on its status although in some cases it may take time to update.

  1. IMPORTANT: Review the Program Information above FIRST before logging in.
  2. Login or Create a New Membership (using the form below).
    • To avoid confusion, it is important that you do not create duplicate accounts.  If you have lost or forgotten your original email, then please contact register@campwaterdown.com and we will make an adjustment so that you can proceed.
  3. Create or Review and submit a Parent Record and Child Record(s)
  4. Use the Before / After School Registration links on your Family Registration page (in the Child Record and Registration Tab).

If you think you have a registered member login, but the system does not recognize you, or your parent record or children are missing, then please email register@campwaterdown.com and we can look to see if you have an account under an old email address or a back-up.
