Separated parents may apply to have separate annual receipts provided to each only for the amounts they paid for (amounts you may claim and whether you need to share the receipts is something that you should discuss with your tax preparer if you have any questions).

In the absence of prior written mutual consents, the Parent or Guardian registered as the Primary Registrant for a child in our Registration System will be the only parent or guardian notified and consulted for consent as needed before any changes to registrations, wait list offers, personal information, medical information, care schedules, pick ups, contacts or policy agreements can be made, even by another legal parent or guardian, to ensure consistency in meeting the registered child’s needs.

Changes are normally communicated to us by email (For identification we use: the Parent/Guardian emails address or login to the web site as identification for this purpose. Requests can made in person at our office at WDCC or to your Program Supervisor only where identification may be requested.)

* Full market fees (not shown) are currently lowered by the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care (CWELCC) Fund Program. In some cases your Preschool child may continue on a Toddler rate if there is no current room in a Preschool Room (the rates are determined by the ratio of educators to children which is higher for Toddlers). Depending on when your child joins our program, the fees being charged may have changed, so you can always ask us or find the current rates (including any deductions) in our current Parent Handbook. ** Program includes 7:30am - 5:30pm hours and healthy meal plan (mid-day meal, plus AM and PM snacks).
