All annual tax receipts for child care in 2023 have now been emailed to our families. You will receive one receipt per child, per program, so the total of receipts received (unless you received a repeat by accident) is your total. 2023 – Early 2024 Holiday Closures Before and After School Programs: Closed December 25 – January 5. All Before and After programs are closed due to the winter school break closure. A Winter Break Program for January 2-5 has been announced by email and on your Family Registration Page and operated at our Guy B Brown location. Capacity is limited. ELCC Programs: Closed December
This year we received high demand for space at our in-school Before and After School program and unfortunately we continue to have limited availability. Since June we have also been able to offer lower child care rates for ALL families due to government subsidy programs (CWELCC and the Hamilton Affordability Plan). We have reached out to many families on our current wait list in
Before and After School orientation emails have gone out to currently registered families. If you didn’t get one, please check your junk mail, and a copy of the orientations for each school will be posted to the web site. The Orientation’s went out without mention that we DO provide a simple afternoon snack with individually packaged peanut free, tree nut and sesame seed free
With some changes to the child care and HWDSB calendars, we’d like to let our families know of upcoming planned programs and upcoming Holiday closures.
