Monster Bite Recipe


  • 1/2 CUP peanut butter (wow butter, almond butter etc.)
  • 1/4 CUP honey
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 CUP of old fashion oats
  • 1/3 CUP ground flax seed
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 CUP chocolate chips
  • 1/4 CUP mini M&M’s (If you don’t have M&M’s you can use 1/2  cup chocolate chips total instead)

** Optional mix-ins: Wheat germ, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dried fruit



  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Roll ingredients into small balls (size is your preference!)
  3. Put in the fridge to chill for 15-30 minutes
  4. Keep energy bites stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
